Payment for above services is due at the time care is rendered. Services in excess of $1000 will require a deposit. - 20% OFF occlusal guards, in-house tooth whitening and custom take home bleach kits. Most dental insurances provide no coverage on these services.
- Unlimited yearly spendable maximum. Most dental insurers only allow $1-2000 per year.
Important plan details
- Participation is in effect for one year. The date of signup serves as the plan anniversary.
- Appointment times may be limited.
- It is the responsibility of the member to schedule appropriate visits during membership period.
- Membership is available to all non-insured patients.
- Savings valid at Highbridge Dental Associates only. Services requiring the care of a specialist are not covered by this plan. Please ask us about our preferred specialists who may offer their own discount for our discount plan members.

How does Highbridge Dental Associates determine its fees?
Each year we are provided a nationwide dental survey of fees broken down by zip code. Our zip code is 13066 (Sourced from NDAS-National Dental Advisory Services). We use this survey to create fees that are in the 50th percentile, representing a true average in our area.
Why do we not participate with all insurances?
Dental insurance companies dedicate about 55% of every benefit dollar to patient care. In response to Covid-19, most insurance companies are offering zero reimbursement for the considerable additional cost and time invested in patient screening and PPE, which is the first and most necessary step in maintaining patient safety. It is simply not affordable to participate with every insurance company while still providing excellent dental care. However, we are happy to file your claims electronically, even if you are covered by an out-of-network provider.
