Meet Our Team

Kay is from Staten Island. She has been with our practice for over 16 years. Kay holds a B.S.E., M.S.E., and an A.A.S. Before practicing dental hygiene, Kay worked with persons with disabilities in a variety of capacities. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is helping to empower others to get through their fears within the realm of dentistry. As a professional clown, her balloon animal skills still come in handy. When she is not working, Kay is often seen unicycling in her neighborhood and competes in long distance open water swimming races.

Summer is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been with the practice for over a year . She is as her name suggests, somewhat a free spirit. Originally from Pennsylvania, she traveled to Europe as a student ambassador before obtaining her private pilots license at the age of nineteen. She then ventured across the country, living a few years in Montana and earning an apprenticeship in hydraulics and pneumatics. After coming back east, she then dedicated herself to the dental field where she achieved her A.A.S in Dental Hygiene with high honors from Luzerne County Community College. She later moved to New York where she has worked as a hygienist for several years. Her personal and professional goals are the same, to treat individuals with kindness and compassion; Summer strives to bring this quality to each and every patient. Outside the office you can find Summer with her husband Scott, their daughter Amelia and their sheltidoodle Bedelia. They will most likely be refurbishing found pieces of furniture from yard sales, rehabbing an old camper, or reading on a porch swing.
